I know this journey firsthand. When I hit my late 40's and entered perimenopause, everything shifted. The habits that had always worked for me? Suddenly, they didn’t. My body felt unfamiliar, my energy levels crashed, and no matter what I tried, I just wasn’t feeling like me anymore. It was frustrating, overwhelming, and, honestly, a little disheartening.

But I wasn’t willing to settle for feeling less than in my own body. So, I dove deep into understanding how to truly support my health—hormonally, nutritionally, and emotionally. And what I discovered changed everything.
