Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

INGREDIENTS
2 garlic cloves
1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
2 cups chopped fresh parsley parsley (1 cup dried parsley)
¼ cup fresh basil (2 tablespoon dried basil)
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Peel the garlic and add it to a food processor or blender. Blend until the garlic is finely chopped. It’s ok if it spreads out around the sides of the food processor.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and blend until it is smooth and creamy with very few to no lumps. Taste, season with salt and pepper if desired, and blend again if needed.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a jar or an airtight container for up to 5 days.
