LOW CARB HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST

Basil, Avocado & Spinach Omelette

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS
+ 2 Large Eggs
+ 1 Egg White
+ 1/2 Avocado
+ 2 Slices Turkey Bacon
+ 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
+ 1 tsp. Avocado Oil
+ Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS
+ Whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, salt & pepper until well combined.
+ Warm avocado oil in a small skillet, coating the inside.
+ Dice the turkey bacon and sauté in the pan. Once cooked, add in the spinach and let slightly wilt.
+ Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cover. Once the eggs easily separate from the bottom of the pan, flip them.
+ Add avocado slices and fold the omelet in half. Plate & enjoy!
