Pizza Pistachios

INGREDIENTS
+ 1 large egg white
+ 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
+ 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
+ 1 Ā¾ teaspoons salt
+ 3 cups shelled unsalted pistachios

DIRECTIONS
+ Preheat oven to 250Ā°F.
+ Whisk egg white, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning and salt in a medium bowl. Add pistachios and toss to coat. Spread in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
+ Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry, about 45 minutes. Let cool completely before storing, about 30 minutes.
